摘要
文章旨在对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)治疗的新进展进行总结和探讨。通过参阅国内外相关文献,发现医疗管理包括严格的血糖、血压控制和手术操作是治疗和预防DR、减少失明的主要措施,然而由于存在一些争议和风险,近年来药物治疗成为新的研究热点。
This article aims to summary and discussion the new progress of diabetic retinopathy（DR） treatment.By referring to the related literature at home and abroad,we found that medical management includes strict control of blood sugar,blood pressure and operation can reduce the blindness,and it is the main measure of DR treatment and prevention,however due to the presence of some controversy,in recent years drug treatment has become a research hotspot.
