摘要
导师指导能力在专业性和创新型研究生培养过程中起到毋庸置疑的主导作用,通过总结导师指导方法和医学研究生培养的现状和实际情况,分析目前存在的一些问题,如课程单一化、科研能力培养缺乏有效组织和科学管理等。并针对这些问题提出几点合理建议,如强化科学方法指导观、提升科研水平、建立科学系统的科研创新制导能力等,为研究生导师指导能力提升提供借鉴。
The guidance ability of mentors plays a crucial role in the cultivation of professional and innovative postgraduates.By summarizing the guidance method of mentors and the current situation and actual situation of the cultivation of medical postgraduates,this paper analyzes some existing problems,such as the simplification of courses,the lack of effective organization and scientific management in the cultivation of scientific research ability.In view of these problems,some reasonable suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the guidance concept of scientific method,improving the level of scientific research,and establishing the guidance ability of scientific innovation in a scientific system.
