摘要
创新是引领发展的第一动力,在我国努力建设成为中国特色社会主义,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的过程中,研究生扮演着重要的社会角色,担当着重要的历史使命。研究生教育是我国最高层次的人才教育阶段,是为国家培养高层次创新技术人才、推动国家未来创新发展的重要环节。本文通过分析当前研究生创新能力培养的现状与问题、影响当前研究生创新能力的因素,从多方位出发,在学校、导师、学生个人的共同努力下,完善了创新型研究生的教育培养方式,全面提高了研究生的创新能力。
The innovation is the first motivation to lead development.Our country is in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,in which graduate students play an important social role and historical mission.The postgraduate education is the highest level of talent education in China and it is an important link for the country to cultivate high-level innovative technical personnel and promote the country’s future innovation and development.By analyzing the current situation and problems in the cultivation of postgraduates’ innovative abilities and influencing the current postgraduates’ innovation capabilities.Starting from multiple orientations,with the joint efforts of schools,tutors and students,we should improve the training mode of innovative postgraduate education and comprehensively improve the development of postgraduates’ innovative capabilities.
