摘要
高校研究生培养模式主要体现在培养和提高研究生创新能力方面。分析了我国理科研究生目前人才培养模式存在的缺陷及其原因,从导师队伍建设、教学改革、培养机制和培养条件等方面探讨和构建理科各专业研究生创新型人才培养模式的途径,提出理科各专业研究生创新型人才的培养目标。
The key of developing innovative competence is postgraduate-training model. In this paper, the deficiencies of current training talents in science professional are shown. And the causes resumng in me deficiencies are analyzed. By means of study on construction of postgraduates teacher, teaching reform, training mechanism , and training conditions etc. , the training model of innovative talents of science professional is studied and constructed. Training objectives of innovative talents in theoretical physics postgraduates pro- gram are proposed.
