摘要
本文以南昌航空大学环境科学与工程专业创新型研究生导师队伍建设为例,阐述了注重素质与结构优化遴选优秀研究生导师、以学科方向创新团队带动创新型导师队伍发展、以科研项目为导向提高导师科技创新能力、开展导师岗前培训和业务培训等创新型研究生导师队伍建设途径,总结了创新型导师队伍建设效果。
Taking the construction of innovative postgraduate tutors of environmental science and engineering major in Nanchang HongKong University as an example,the construction ways of innovative postgraduate tutors was expounded,which including focusing on quality and structural optimization to select excellent postgraduate tutor,developing innovative postgraduate instructors though constructing subject direction innovation team,led the development of research projects oriented to improve the scientific and technological innovation capability of teachers,and carrying out the pre-job training and business training for postgraduate instructors.The construction effects of innovative postgraduate tutors were summarized.
