摘要
301B是一种具有良好的性价比及工艺性能的高碳铬磨球钢,主要作为生产制造矿山选矿用磨球机中的易损件磨球。该钢种碳含量高、应力大,对纯净度、内部质量等指标要求严格。韶钢根据301B的成分、产品特性及自身生产工艺装备,设计了“转炉→LF精炼→RH真空处理→大方坯连铸→轧制→检验、入库”生产工艺流程,通过转炉高拉碳操作、出钢渣洗预脱氧、LF高碱度渣精炼、RH长时间高真空脱气、连铸弱冷等工艺措施,成功开发出各项性能均能满足客户要求的301B圆钢产品。
Steel 301B is a kind of high carbon chromium grinding ball steels with good cost and process performance.According to the composition,product characteristics of high carbon chromium grinding ball steel 301B and production process equipment of SGIS.The process flow of“converter→LF refining→RH treatment→billet continuous casting→rolling→inspection and storage”was designed.Through the process measures of converter catch carbon practice,slag washing and pre-deoxidation at tapping,LF high basicity slag refining,RH long time high vacuum degassing,weak cooling for continuous casting and so on,the round steel 301B with various properties meeting customer requirements has been successfully developed.
