B3磨球钢是一种具有良好性价比及工艺性能的高碳铬磨球钢,凭借其优异的硬度、韧性和抗破碎性广泛运用于矿山、建材等行业。福建三钢集团依托BOF-LF-VD精炼、大方坯连铸及半连轧工艺装备,经机理分析B3磨球钢研发难点,设计出一套合理的生产工艺流程,并通过优化成分设计、三级精炼及电磁搅拌连铸技术、分段加热、大压下轧制、冷床快速冷却等工艺措施,成功开发出满足客户需求高碳铬磨球钢B3,增强了企业市场竞争力。
B3 grinding ball steel is a high-carbon chromium grinding ball steel with excellent cost-effectiveness and process performance.It is widely used in industries such as mining and building materials due to its superior hardness,toughness,and fracture resistance.Leveraging advanced equipment including BOF-LF-VD refining,large billet continuous casting,and semi-continuous rolling processes,Fujian Sansteel Group conducted mechanism analysis to address the R&D challenges of B3 grinding ball steel.The company designed a rational production process flow and successfully developed high-carbon chromium grinding ball steel B3 that meets customer requirements through optimized component design,three-stage refining,electromagnetic stirring continuous casting technology,segmented heating,high-reduction rolling,and rapid cooling on cooling beds.This achievement has significantly enhanced the enterprise's market competitiveness.
