摘要
在总结近10年高铬磨球研发生产的相关文献基础上,详细分析了磨球的成分设计、生产工艺过程控制、热处理工艺优化以及在不同行业的应用情况,认为进一步优化成分-组织结构-生产工艺-性能-成本之间的关系意义重大。同时建议采用纳米强化、多元微量复合强化等手段,提高高铬磨球的强韧性配合,降低磨耗,延长使用寿命。
High-chromium grinding ball (HCGB) is a kind of wear-resistant material widely used in metallurgy, electricity and mining etc. Based on summarizing references in recent ten years, some aspects, such as composition design, manufacture process control, optimizing of heat treatment process and application status in various fields for the HCGB, have been analyzed. It is concluded that it is of significance to optimize further relationship among chemical composition--microstructure--manufacturing process--mechanical property--cost. It suggests that nanometer-sized strengthening and multi-and micro-alloying combined strengthening should be used in fabricating the HCGB in order to promote strength-toughness combination, to reduce wear consumption and to prolong its service life.
