摘要
采用连续流动分析法测定废水中硫化物的含量,通过理论计算与实验分析得出:实验测定过程中不确定度的来源主要包括,实际样品的平行测定、配置标准溶液、拟合校准曲线、仪器误差等。通过建立相应的数学测量模型并计算得出各个分量在不确定度中所占比重,最终得出相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。通过比较不同来源分量不确定度的大小,最终得出减小测量过程中的不确定度的最优解。
The continuous flow analysis method was used to determine the sulfide content in the waste water.Through theoretical calculations and experimental analysis,the sources of uncertainty in the experimental measurement process mainly included the parallel determination of actual samples,configuration of standard solutions,fitting of calibration curves,instruments itself error,etc.By establishing a corresponding mathematical measurement model and calculating the proportion of each component in the uncertainty,the relative standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were finally obtained.By comparing the magnitudes of the uncertainties of components from different sources,the optimal solution to reduce the uncertainty in the measurement process was finally obtained.
