摘要 介绍了一种新的流动注射光度法对水体中痕量硫离子进行检测,该方法是基于硫离子对劳氏紫有退色作用的原理.硫离子(S^2-)浓度c介于0.005~0.7 mg/L范围内,与峰高(H,mV)呈良好的线性关系,硫离子检出限为0.001mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%(0.05 mg/L S^2-,n=11).将本方法应用于皮革废水中S2-的监测,结果令人满意. A new flow injection analysis spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of sulfide ion was introduced, It based on the fade reaction of thionine with sulfide ion. The linear range for sulfide ion is 0. 005-0.7 mg/L, with a detection limit of 0.001 mg/L, and the relative standard deviation for 0.05 mg/L sulfide ion (n=11 ) is 2.1%. The proposed method is applied to the determination of sulfide ion in tannery wastewater with satisfied results.
