石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铅的不确定度评定 被引量:3

摘要 白酒中铅的测定采用GB 5009.12-2017《食品安全国家标准食品中铅的测定》第一法石墨炉原子吸收光谱法-微波消解法,操作步骤上存在些许不适用之处,结合国家标准GB 5009.268-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中多元素的测定》中微波消解法的操作步骤,对该检测方法进行改进优化,加入“准确移取液体试样5mL,于100℃赶除酒精的操作步骤”,用建立数学模型的方法对结果的不确定度进行评估和计算。对标准溶液的配制、测量重复性、仪器稳定性各分量不确定度进行分析,得到了各分量不确定度和合成不确定度,最终得出更加客观的结果。 The determination of lead in liquor was determined by GB 5009.12-2017"determination of lead in Food Safety National Standard Food".The first method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)-microwave digestion method was used to determine lead in liquid.combined with the operation steps of GB 5009.268 national standard for the determination of multi-elements in food,the detection method was improved and optimized.The uncertainty of the results was evaluated by establishing a mathematical model by adding the operation steps of accurately removing 5mL of liquid sample and removing alcohol at 100℃.Calculation.The uncertainty of each component of the standard solution,the repeatability of measurement and the stability of the instrument are analyzed,and the uncertainty of each component and the uncertainty of synthesis are obtained,and finally a more objective result is obtained.
