摘要
使用自行研制的全自动流动注射分析仪，采用在线蒸馏流动注射4-氨基安替比林显色法测定水中的挥发酚。方法的检出限为0．58μg/L；线性范围为2～50μg/L，线性相关系数r为0．9994；其相对标准偏差为4．1％～6．2％；实际水样的加标回收率为94％～104％；样品测定频率为9样／小时。本方法快速、简便、灵敏度较高，线性范围、精密度和准确度均符合国家标准。
Volatile phenolics in water were determined by using flow injection analysis - 4 - AAP method using auto- mated flow injection analyzer developed by ourself. The detection limit was 0. 58μg/L and the liner range was 2 - 50μg/L （r = 0. 9994）. The relative standard deviation was 4. 1% -6. 2% and the recovery was 94% - 104%. The method is rapid, simple, sensitive, the linear range, precision and accuracy all consist with GB standard.
