自组织理论指导下高校思想政治课学习共同体的建构 被引量:4

The Construction of Learning Community of Ideological and Political Course in Universities under the Guidance of Self-organizing Theory

摘要 学习共同体是具有明确学习目标和发展愿景,能够共同分享学习经验、方法、心得的自组织系统。从自组织理论视角看,高校思想政治理论课学习共同体拥有复杂性、动态性、自组织性等特点,具有自我组织、自我复制、自我发展等功能。自组织理论为高校思政课学习共同体建构了对话交流的平台,高校思政课学习共同体的“双主体”高效运行需要自组织理论的指导,自组织理论有利于实现高校思政课学习共同体的发展目标。具体的建构路径有:一是做好高校思政课学习共同体的自组织演化,在充分开放中自我发展;二是加强高校思政课学习共同体的自组织协作,在互相配合中共同进步;三是建构系统优化的高校思政课学习共同体,形成自组织创新生态链。 Learning community is a self-organizing system with clear learning objectives and development vision,and can share learning experience,methods and experiences.From the perspective of the self-organizing theory,the learning community of ideological and political theory course in universities has the characteristics of complexity,dynamic and self-organization,with the functions of self-organization,self-replication and self-development.The selforganizing theory constructs a platform for dialogue and exchange for the learning community of ideological and political course in universities.The efficient operation of the“two subjects”of the learning community of ideological and political course in universities requires the guidance of the self-organizing theory.The self-organizing theory is conducive to the realization of the development goal of the learning community.The specific construction paths are as follows:doing a good job in the self-organizing evolution of the learning community in universities,strengthening selforganizing cooperation,building a systematic optimization of the learning community in universities and forming an ecological chain of self-organizing innovation.
