摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了三聚氰胺脲酸盐(MCA)阻燃改性尼龙6(PA6)工程塑料,考察了MCA的用量、粒径及表面处理对PA6工程塑料阻燃性和力学性能的影响。并进一步对其在实际注塑加工应用中存在着色色泽不均、成型周期长、粘模和存在顶痕等缺点,分别考察了不同种类润滑剂和成核剂对其着色均匀性和注塑加工性的影响。结果表明,采用粒径为1.1~1.4μm、经硅烷偶联剂KH–560(用量为MCA质量的1%)表面处理的12份MCA,0.5份润滑剂E蜡,0.8份滑石粉/苯膦酸钠(质量比1/1)复配成核剂时,制得的MCA阻燃尼龙6工程塑料具有较好的综合力学性能(拉伸、弯曲强度分别为78,126 MPa,缺口和无缺口冲击强度分别为8,75 kJ/m^2),其阻燃等级达UL 94 V–0级(0.8 mm),相比电痕化指数为600 V,注塑件色泽均匀且注塑时的冷却时间仅为4.5 s。
Melamine urea(MCA)flame retardant nylon 6(PA6)engineering plastics were prepared by melt-blending.The influences of the content,particle size and surface treatment of MCA on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of PA6 engineering plastics were investigated.Furthermore,for the disadvantages of injection molding of the engineering plastics,such as color difference,the long confectioning period,mould sticking and ejected mark,the influences of different lubricants and nucleators on the color uniformity and injection cycling period were also investigated separately.The results show that,with adding 12 phr MCA(which’s particle size is 1.1–1.4μm)treated with 1%(of MCA mass)silane coupling agent KH–560,0.5 phr lubricant E wax as well as 0.8 phr talcum powder/sodium phenyl phosphonate(mass ratio=1/1)compound nucleator,the prepared MCA flame retardant PA6 engineering plastic has better overall mechanical properties(the tensile and bending strength are 78,126 MPa,the notched and non-notched impact strength are 8,75 kJ/m^2,respectively),it’s flame retardant grade reaches UL 94 V–0(0.8 mm),CTI is 600 V,and it’s injection molding parts has uniform color and the cooling time in the injection cycling period is only 4.5 s.
