基于Moldflow与Workbench的底座塑件推杆配置优化及偏心注塑模设计 被引量:5

Optimization of Ejector Pin Configuration for Plastic Base based on Moldflow and Workbench and Its Design of Eccentric Injection Mould

摘要 为解决因注塑模推杆设计不合理而导致的注塑件脱模变形严重问题,以底座注塑件为例,通过利用Moldflow结合Workbench进行成型收缩翘曲分析和脱模分析,获得塑件收缩阻碍脱模的翘曲变形特性,以及脱模阻力引起的塑件应变与变形量分布,为推杆配置优化提供依据,最后在脱模阻力明显区域设置6根推杆,并在脱模分析应变较大区域确立了3个顶出镶块搭配推杆的方案。基于模流分析和推杆配置结果,采用侧向进料偏心注塑模,其中塑件卡扣由斜顶内抽及斜导柱外抽成型,有效地解决了底座成型可能引起的质量问题。实践证明,应用该方法能使注塑模推出机构设计过程数据化,能在模具制造之前发现和解决问题,从而提高推出设计精度,缩短研发周期,为同类注塑模具设计提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of serious demoulding deformation of injection molded parts due to improper ejector pin design of injection mould,taking a plastic base part as example,molding shrinkage and warpage analysis and demoulding analysis were done through Moldflow combined with Workbench,and the warping deformation characteristics of plastic shrinkage that hindered the demoulding and distribution of the part strain and deformation caused by demoulding resistance were obtained,which provided basis for the optimization of ejector pin configuration.Finally,six ejector pins were set up in the area of significant demoulding resistance and the scheme of three ejection inserts with the ejector pins was established in the area of relatively large strain in the demoulding analysis.Based on the Moldflow analysis and ejector pin configuration,an eccentric injection mould with lateral feeding was adopted for the plastic part,while snap-fit structures of the plastic part were molded by angle ejector for inner pulling and angle pin for outer pulling to effectively solve the quality problems resulted from base molding.It was proved in practice that this method could realize the design process of ejector mechanism of injection mould with data,discover and solve problems before mould manufacturing,and improve design accuracy of ejector mechanism,shorten the research and development cycle,and provide reference for other similar injection mould design.
