摘要
利用玻璃态石英转化为方石英体积变化小的特征,以石英陶瓷为原料,经高温煅烧获得块状方石英材料,并测量到这种方石英材料的热膨胀性。结果表明,这种方石英块体具有多孔结构,加热到250~290℃时,发生β/α方石英相变转化,该过程的体膨胀率为1.5%。
According to the characteristics of low volume change during phase transition from glass silica to cristobalite, taking quartz ceramic as raw materials, block cristobalite was manufactured by high temperature calcination, and the thermal expansion property of the cristobalite material was measured. The results show that the porous structure in the block cristobalite is formed, and the phase transform of β / et cristobalite occurs at the temperature range of 250-290 ℃, in which the body expansion rate reaches 1.5%.
