摘要
采用热失重(TG)、差热分析(DTA)等热分析方法和红外光谱热示踪法研究了氮系阻燃剂MCA对尼龙6热氧降解行为的影响及其作用本质。结果表明MCA改变了尼龙6热氧降解的历程,促进尼龙6直接碳化分解而达到阻燃目的。这一研究结果否定了藤野文雄建立的“升华吸热”的物理阻燃机制,提出了MCA凝聚相催化碳化膨胀的阻燃机理,为该MCA的深度应用和工业化生产奠定了理论基础。
The affections and characteristics of nitrogen containing fire retardant MCA towards nylon6 have been studied by means of TG and DTA methods and IR spectrum. The results show that MCA has changed the degradation process of nylon6, namely, it can accelrate nylon6 to be decomposed and carbonizined, so that play the fire retardance roles. From this results a new mechanism of fire retarded nylon6 with MCA has been ascertanied, it is different from the physical mechanism of sublimationheat absorption'. Then, the fire retardance mechanism of accelerating the carbonizined intumecent in the condenced system of fire retarded nylon6 with MCA is suggested.
