摘要
本文合成了一种新型结构的微/纳米线。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和能量色散X射线谱(EDS)对所合成微/纳米线的形态、组成和微观结构进行研究。结果显示β-Sn微/纳米线作为"核",超薄非晶态MnOX纳米片作为"壳"层,完全把β-Sn包裹住,形成Sn@MnOX微/纳米线异质结构。
We synthesized a novel structure of micro/nanowires.The morphology,composition and microstructure of the synthesized nanowires were investigated by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and energy dispersive X-ray(EDS).It was found that theβ-Sn micro/nanowire acts as a"nucleus"and the ultra-thin amorphous MnOX nanosheet acts as a"shell"layer.The layer completely encapsulatesβ-Sn to form a Sn@MnOX micro/nanowire heterostructure.This structure is distinctly different from any previously reported nano and microtubes.
