摘要
为进一步了解山东省性病规范化诊疗服务现状,对参加2019年省级性病培训班及5个市级培训班的临床医生进行问卷调查。共调查了311名医生,其中192(61.7%)的医生在3年内参加了省级或市级培训,288名(92.6%)能够对有可疑症状或高危者进行性病筛查,259名(83.3%)能做到性伴通知,274名(88.1%)能对性病就诊者进行健康教育。性病专业知识考核平均得分4.659分(10分制),三级医院医生得分(5.018)高于一、二级医院(4.465)(P=0.020),皮肤病专科医院医生得分(4.475)低于其他类型的医院(4.669)(P=0.029),公立医院医生得分(4.776)高于私立医院(3.706)(P=0.003)。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among the doctors who attended the provincial sexually transmitted diseases(STDs) and five municipal STDs training courses in 2019 to investigate the status of standardized services for diagnosis and treatment of STDs. The result showed 61.7%(192/311) of the doctors participated in provincial or municipal training course in the past 3 years, 92.6%(288/311) could provide screening for STDs among clinical attendees with suspicious symptoms or high-risk behaviors, 83.3%(259/311) could conduct partner notification, and 88.1%(274/311) provided health education for clinical attendees. The average score for professional knowledge evaluation was 4.659 out of ten points. The score of the doctors from tertiary hospitals was 5.018, which was higher than that of the doctors from secondary and primary hospitals(4.465) with P=0.020. The score of the doctors from dermatology hospital was 4.475, which was lower than that of the doctors from general hospitals(4.669) with P=0.029. The score of the doctors from governmental hospitals was 4.776, which was higher than that of the doctors from private hospitals(3.706) with P=0.003.
