摘要
目的了解运城市高职高专学生结核病防治核心信息掌握情况,为健康教育工作开展和评价提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法从运城市四所高职高专院校抽取1 787名学生,用自行设计涵盖结核病核心信息的问卷对其进行调查。结果高职高专学生结核病核心信息全部知晓率为7.0%;总知晓率为65.5%,女生高于男生(P<0.001),二年级学生高于一年级学生(P<0.001);结核病防治8条核心信息中:学生对肺结核可疑症状的知晓率最高(85.5%),对结核病的主要传染源是哪类病人的知晓率最低(28.9%)。95.1%的学生认为有必要认真学习结核病预防知识。94.5%的学生当自己或者家人怀疑患肺结核时选择立即到结核病防治机构就诊,并按医生的要求留痰检查;85.5%的学生当出现结核病可疑症状时选择到指定的结核病防治机构或疾病控制中心就诊。结论高职高专学生结核病核心信息总知晓率较低,但其对结核病防治态度及行为积极,需要选择适宜途径加强对其健康教育。
Objective The purpose of this paper is to understand the core information of tuberculosis prevention and control of Vocational College Students in Yuncheng City, and to provide scientific basis for the development and evaluation of health education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire covering the core information of tuberculosis was used to investigate 1 787 students selected from four higher vocational colleges in Yuncheng City by stratified cluster random sampling method. Results The all awareness rate of core information on TB prevention and treatment was only 7.0 %, and the general awareness rate was 65.5 % among which female rated higher than male(P<0.001).The second-year students rated higher than the first-year students(P <0.001). Relating to the 8 core information on TB prevention and treatment the highest awareness rate of TB suspected symptoms covered 85.5 %, the lowest rate of TB main source of infection referring to which kinds of patients merely arrived 28.9 %. About 95.1 % students considered must to be necessary to learn the knowledge of TB prevention. And 94.5 % of them considered to be checked and treated with phlegm in the TB prevention centers when they or their family members had suspected pulmonary TB symptoms. 85.5 % students would decide to see a doctor in the designated TB prevention institutions or local CDC when stated TB suspected symptoms. Conclusion The overall awareness rate of TB core information of higher vocational college students is low, but their attitude and behavior towards TB prevention and control are positive, and appropriate ways need to be chosen to strengthen their health education.
