摘要
针对高校实施"双创"教育中凸显的问题,以湖北文理学院的教学资源为背景,制订道路桥梁与渡河工程新专业的人才培养方案,构建基于"双创"教育的育人体系,即从"双创"理念渗透着手,利用弹性"双创学分"对毕业条件进行审核;提出基于项目的双向选择淘汰制、开放实验室平台和以赛促创三方面的构思,旨在对传统教学方法进行优化;建立融合型师资队伍库,整体提升"双创"指导教师的各项能力;增强校企合作,为学生争取更"真实"的"双创"资源.
Aiming at prominent problems in "creativity and entrepreneurship" education of colleges and universities, taking Hubei University of Arts and Science as an example, it worked out a talent training program for the major of road bridge and river-crossing engineering and built up an education system based on "creativity and entrepreneurship" education, that is,(1)starting from the infiltration of the concept of "creativity and entrepreneurship" education, we use elastic credit about "creativity and entrepreneurship" to review the graduation conditions;(2)to put out a knock-out system with two-way selections,to open the platform of laboratories and to promote innovation by competition, optimizing traditional teaching methods;(3)to establish a pool of integrated teachers, improving the instructors’ abilities;(4)to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, striving for more "real" resources about "creativity and entrepreneurship" for students.
