摘要
由于双创人才培养作为"互联网+"时代地方应用型本科院校人才培养的基本任务,肩负着推动国家科技创新和经济又好又快发展的重任,所以构建起与时代背景相统一的人才培养模式至关重要。文章就立足将"互联网+教育"视为双创人才培养的基本理念、"慕课"应作为学校双创人才培养渠道的重要补充、"微信"与"微博"要视为学校双创人才培养的新平台三个方面,将双创人才培养模式构建的策略加以论述。
Due to the basic task of training talents in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges in the era of "Internet+", it is shouldering the heavy responsibility of promoting national science and technology innovation and economic development, so it is constructed in harmony with the background of the times. The talent training model is crucial. The article is based on the "Internet+ education" as the basic idea of the cultivation of dual-creation talents, "MOOC" course should be an important supplement to the training channels for the dual-creation of talents in schools, "WeChat" and "Weibo" should be regarded as the school’s dual-creative talents. Three aspects of the new platform are cultivated, and the strategy of constructing the dual-creation talent training mode is discussed.
