摘要
目的:研究基于模糊综合评判法的医疗设备维修决策,使医疗设备维修决策更具科学性和合理性。方法:以某医院内窥镜系统的维修方式决策为例,应用基于层次分析法的模糊综合评判模型,经过确定因素集和评语集,建立层次结构,构造各层次判断矩阵,经计算权重、一致性检验及综合评判等步骤,将两层模糊综合评判的模型应用于医疗设备维修决策中。结果:经模糊综合评判法的医疗设备维修决策方法分析,实例中的内镜系统的维修方式应采用事后维修方式。结论:医疗设备维修决策是定量和定性相结合的问题,应用模糊综合评判模型可为维修决策提供科学依据,为医院的医疗设备维修方式提供参考依据。
Objective:To explore the maintenance decision of medical equipment based on fuzzy comprehensive judgment method so as to make the maintenance decision of medical equipment to be more scientific and reasonable.Methods:The decision of maintenance mode of endoscope system of a hospital was used as example.Through determined factors set and comment set,the fuzzy comprehensive judgment model on the basis of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to establish hierarchical structure,and construct judgment matrix of various levels.Through calculated weight,consistency test,comprehensive judgment and other steps to apply the fuzzy comprehensive judgment model with two levels in the maintenance decision of medical equipment.Results:Through the analysis of maintenance decision of medical equipment on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive judgment method,the maintenance mode of endoscope system of actual sample should adopt the posterior maintenance mode.Conclusion:The maintenance decision of medical equipment is a combination of quantification and qualification.The application of fuzzy comprehensive judgment model can provide scientific basis for maintenance decision and provide reference for the maintenance mode of medical equipment in hospital.
