摘要
对有教学与科研多重任务的综合型实验室的效益评价,一直是实验室管理中的难题。文中提出了将层次分析法和模糊综合评判法结合的二级评价模型方法,为教学与科研综合性实验室的效益评估,建立了一套实用性较强的理论模型和评价标准将该模型方法应用到四川师范大学实验室仪器设备评估管理之中,较好地反映了实际情况,对实验室评估管理的科学化、合理化,具有切实可行的指导意义。
It is along-standing difficulty for managing laboratories to evaluate comprehensive laboratory,which contains teaching and researching tasks.In this paper,we give a two-step fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method combining with AHP,and construct a practicably theoretical model and appraisal criteria for evalutaing the comprehensive laboratories.This model is applied to the management of laboratories in Sichuan Normal University,and the results are compatible with practical situation,which shows its reasonable value.
