摘要
通过对影响确定防空重点目标因素的分析,建立需要掩护的重点目标评价指标体系。并采用定性和定量相结合的层次分析法(AHP),选择优先需要掩护的重点目标。其步骤:比较尺度和随机一致性指标;构造成对比较矩阵;计算权重并对比较矩阵和组合矩阵的一致性检验;确定作为最终决策的组合权向量;最后进行综合评估。
After analyzing the influential factors during determining important protection project, an index system for estimating the important projects needing protection is set up. Use quantitative and qualitative AHP to choose important projects with different priorities. First, compare scale and random consistency indexes and comparison matrix is constructed. Then, calculate weights as the final decision-making combination weight vector, along with the consistency checking of comparison matrix and combination matrix. Finally, a synthesis evaluation is processed.
