摘要
目的:通过模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP)分析医疗设备购置论证工作中的相关重要指标,为购置论证工作提供科学有效的辅助支撑。方法:基于FAHP建立医疗设备购置论证模型,提取主要评价指标,结合多家医院的评标经验和专家知识进行综合分析,并对某三甲医院应用FAHP进行实例分析。结果:将FAHP用于采购流程中的购置论证环节,找出了各层次的关键影响因素,专家评议结果的一致性较好,与实际工作中的情况基本一致。结论:FAHP能结合各种定性和定量信息综合分析,有利于降低商务环节权重及发生决策漏洞的概率,对医学工程科充分、正确发挥采购职能、有效保障医院利益等方面具有积极意义。
Objective To analyze the relevant important indicators in the demonstration of medical equipment purchase by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),so as to provide scientific and effective support for decision-making of purchase.Methods A medical equipment purchase demonstration model was established based on FAHP,and the main evaluation indexes were extracted and then analyzed with the bid evaluation experience and expertise of several hospitals.FAHP was used for trials in some tertiary Grade A hospital.Results Levels of key influencing factors were made clear with FAHP during purchase demonstration link of the purchase flow,which were consistent with the results by expert evaluation and actual conditions.Conclusion FAHP decreases the weight of business links and the probability of decision-making loopholes by qualitative and quantitative analyses,and contributes to implementing purchase function of medical engineering department and protecting hospital benefits.
