摘要
根据混凝土泵换向系统原理,建立了混凝土泵换向系统的AMESim仿真模型,并结合实际工况设置各元件的参数进行仿真,得到蓄能器出口压力曲线及摆缸位移、速度动态特性曲线。结果表明:模型能够较为准确地反映出蓄能器压力、换向速度及规律的变化情况,可以节省大量的试验成本。
According to the principle of concrete pump direction shift system,the simulation model of concrete pump direction shift system is established by using AMESim. The parameters of each component were set according to the actual working conditions to simulate. The pressure curve of accumulator outlet and the dynamic characteristic curve of displacement and velocity of swing cylinder were obtained. The results show that the model can accurately reflect the changes of accumulator pressure,reversing speed and law,and can save a lot of test costs.
