摘要
为方便快速计算泵车臂架任意姿态的固有频率,提出一种数值算法。首先基于传递矩阵法建立臂架力学模型,以快速计算其任意固定姿态的固有频率,并分析其结果的准确性;而后由大量姿态的位置及频率值,数值拟合出一个频率关于姿态的回归计算公式。对比力学模型,有限元模型,以及回归公式的计算结果。结果表明该计算公式在保证计算精度的情况下可以极大地减小计算量,缩短计算时间,同时验证了多元函数的混合拟合方法的可行性。从而对臂架动力性能分析,实时监测具有参考价值,同时对于其他学科该拟合方法也具有参考意义。
To get a boom of a mobile concrete truck natural frequencies in each posture easily and quickly,a numerical algorithm was proposed.Firstly,a mechanical model of the boom was built based on TMM (transfer matrix method) to calculate its natural frequencies in each posture quickly,then a regression formula for frequency vesus posture was fitted with a lot of postures and the corresponding natural frequencies.Through the comparison among the results of the mechanical model,those of the FE model using ANSYS,and the results of the regression formula,it was shown that the regression formula can be used to reduce the amount of calculation and the computing time greatly with the calculation accuracy ensured,So,the function fitting method was proved to be feasible.The proposed method provided a reference for a boom's dynamic characteristics analysis and its real-time monitoring.
