摘要
针对混凝土泵车臂架模态分析中液压油缸难以精确模拟的问题,推导了液压油的等效刚度公式,结合臂架液压系统特点,建立了臂架液压油缸的等效模型,得出了臂架任意姿态下液压缸的等效刚度与密度公式。运用上述方法对某臂架两种典型姿态进行模态分析,并进行对应姿态的固有频率测试,所得结果验证了提出的液压油缸等效方法的准确性。
In view of the difficulties in simulating the hydraulic cylinders accurately in modal analysis of boom of truck mounted concrete pump, an equivalent stiffness formula of hydraulic oil was deduced. Then the equivalent model of the hydraulic cylinders was established according to the characteristics of the hydraulic systems in boom, and the equivalent stiffness and density formulae of the hydraulic cylinders in any posture of boom were derived. Modal analyses of a boom in two typical postures were conducted and the natural frequencies of the boom in these two postures were tested. The test results verifies the accuracy of the presented equivalence meth- od of hydraulic cylinders.
