摘要
简要介绍三位四通电液换向阀的结构和工作原理.根据阀的结构利用AMESim仿真软件中的HCD库构建其仿真模型,并进行仿真分析,得到阀的基本动作曲线.通过对不同参数进行批处理,分析阀的压力-流量特性以及阀的性能参数和结构参数对其动态换向性能的影响.这对电液换向阀的性能研究具有一定的参考价值.通过此种建模方法避免了繁琐的流体计算和大量的测试实验,为电液换向阀的设计提供一种新的参考方法.
This paper introduces the three four-way electro-hydraulic valve structure and working principle ; a simulation model is built by using HCD of the AMESim and dynamic characteristics of the valve is analyzed. Pressure-flow characteristics and the impact of different structural parameters on dynamic characteristics of valve are analyzed, and the conclusions have some reference value to the performance research of the electro-hydraulic valve. This modeling method to avoid the cumbersome fluid calculation and a large number of test experiments provide a new reference method for the design of electro-hydraulic valve.
