摘要
关键能力培养是落实立德树人根本任务、实现教育内涵发展和育人目标改革的重要举措。它是一个有层次结构和完整内容的逻辑体系,融通了中国传统和国际视野,统合了教育价值和目标,衔接了顶层设计和实践推进。关键能力培养需要在澄清其核心要义和逻辑理路基础上,通过确定以“关键能力”为导向的学校育人目标,打造以学生发展为本的学校课程文化,形成有机统整的校本化课程体系,建构自主探究合作的学校教学范式和实行聚焦综合素质的学业质量评价等途径和方法来实现。
The critical ability is an important measure for education system and mechanism in China to implement the moral cultivation,realize the connotative development and target reform of educating students at school.It is a logical system with hierarchical structure and complete content,which integrates Chinese tradition and international vision,combines educational values and goals»and connects top-level design and practice.To cultivate critical ability,schools should clarify the core essence and logical rationale,define critical ability-oriented education targets,create a student development-oriented curriculum culture,form an integrated school curriculum system,construct an autonomic,probing and cooperative school teaching paradigm,and implement the academic quality evaluation which focuses on comprehensive quality.
