摘要
教育是国家兴旺之源,教师是教育发展之本。当今时代,教师数量已得到极大满足,质量亟须提升。提高师范生生源质量是保证高质量职前教师的首要环节。通过对当前师范生招生规模、招生机构、招生标准进行调查,我们发现,存在师范生招生供给与教师需求不平衡、高水平综合性大学参与师范生招生的积极性不高、生源质量参差不齐、招生选拔标准单一等问题。为解决师范生招生困境,应严格招生计划,调整招生规模;改革招生机构,提高培养水平;完善招生标准,改善招生办法,多管齐下改善师范生招生现状,提高生源质量。
Education is the source of national prosperity,and teachers are the foundation of educational development.Nowadays,the number of teachers has been greatly satisfied,but the quality needs to be improved.Improving the quality of normal students is the first step to ensure high quality pre-service teachers.Through the investigation of the enrollment scale,institutions,standards of normal university students,we find that there are some problems such as the imbalance between the supply of normal university students and the demand of teachers,the low enthusiasm of high-level comprehensive universities to participate in the enrollment of normal university students,the uneven quality of students,and the single selection standard of enrollment.In order to solve these problems,we should make a strict plan of enrollment and adjust the enrollment scale,reform enrollment institutions and enhance training level,perfect enrollment standards and methods to improve the current situation of normal college students'enrollment and the quality of students.
