摘要
本文通过对三轨多级教师教育体系现状的揭示,指出这个体系存在诸多问题,这些问题表现在教师教育招生结构不均衡,教师教育体系质量参差不齐,教师教育缺乏学科制度,基于这些问题本文提出要把三轨多级教师教育体系调整为一轨多级教师教育体系。
The article uncovers the status of the three-track and multi-level system of teacher education,points out problems of the system,such as unevenness of the recruitment structure and quality,lack of disciplinary institutions of the teacher education program,quality,based on those that it proposes that the three-track and multi-level system will be adjusted into one-track multi-level system of teacher education.
