摘要
高质量乡村教师队伍建设是实现乡村教育振兴、建设教育强国的应有之义。当前,高质量乡村教师队伍建设面临结构性缺员、身份界限模棱两可、素质能力有待提高、发展通道相对偏窄、职业吸引力式微等困境。城镇化进程的影响、教师管理制度失范、身份认同的多重困惑、职业信念中乡土文化缺失等外部因素和内生因素的交织影响,阻滞了高质量乡村教师队伍建设的发展。据此,可采取全面优化乡村教师师资配置、重塑乡村教师公共性身份、完善乡村教师培养模式、畅通乡村教师专业发展通道、科学制定乡村教师待遇体系等措施以促进乡村教师队伍建设高质量发展。
The construction of high quality rural teachers team is essential for revitalizing rural education and developing a powerful nation in education.At present,the construction of high-quality rural teachers team is faced with such difficulties as structural shortage of teachers,ambiguous identity boundary,quality and ability to be improved,relatively narrow development channel,and declining career attraction.The impact of urbanization,combined with factors such as the anomic teacher management system,the multiple perplexities of identity,and the lack of local culture in professional beliefs,has hindered the development of the construction of high-quality rural teachers.This accounts for the demand for the construction of high-quality rural teachers.Therefore,measures can be taken to comprehensively optimize the allocation of rural teachers,reshape the public identity of rural teachers,improve the training mode of rural teachers,unblock the channel of professional development of rural teachers,and scientifically formulate the treatment system of rural teachers to promote the construction of high-quality development of rural teachers.
