摘要
通过采用化学成分与金相组织检验等分析方法,对某厂生产的Q355B板材冷弯开裂的现象进行了原因分析,并基于生产试验提出了相应措施。结果表明:金相组织中存在较多细长的硫化物或大尺寸高级别的超宽氧化铝夹杂是此次Q355B板材冷弯开裂的主要原因,建议采用中期拉速在1.25m左右的180mm^2端面坯料轧制。
The causes of cold bending cracking of Q355B produced by a factory were analyzed by chemical composition analysis and microscopic examination. Based on the production test, the corresponding measures are put forward. The results show that the main reason of the cold bending cracking of Q355B palte is that there are many slender sulphides or large-sized and high-grade ultra-wide alumina inclusions in the metallographic structure. It is suggested that the 180 mm^2 end billet with medium-term casting speed of 1.25 m could be used for rolling the Q355B plate.
