摘要
利用 S2 5 0 KM 扫描电子显微镜和 IBAS2 0 0 0真彩色全自动图像分析仪研究了过冷奥氏体等温转变温度对具有不同碳含量和奥氏体晶粒尺寸的 16 Mn钢珠光体形貌和退化程度的影响 ,探讨了珠光体的退化机制 。
The influence of isothermal transformation temperature of under cooled austenite on the morphology and degenerate degree of pearlite in 16Mn steel has been studied with scan electron microscope S250KMⅢ and image analyzer IBAS2000. The degeneration mechanism of pearlite has been discussed, and some technological measures to promote the homogeneous and full degeneration of pearlite under controlled cooling have been raised.
