Q355B铁塔角钢断裂原因

Fracture reason of Q355B tower angle steel

摘要 某铁塔在运行过程中,其连接底座与塔杆之间的角钢发生断裂事故。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法对断裂角钢进行分析。结果表明:角钢中P元素含量超过标准值,降低了角钢的冷塑性变形能力,使钢的冷脆性增强;材料内部存在较多的非金属夹杂物,使材料的连续性减弱;角钢的断裂形式为脆性解理断裂。 During the operation of a tower,the angle steel between the connecting base and the tower rod broke.The fracture angle steel was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property test,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the content of P element in the angle steel exceeded the standard value,which reduced the cold plastic deformation ability of the angle steel and enhanced the cold brittleness of the steel.There were many nonmetallic inclusions in the material,which weakens the continuity of the material.The fracture form of angle steel was brittle cleavage fracture.
