摘要
采用微观组织分析法,分别从裂纹附近的夹杂物、裂纹分布与各种形貌、显微组织等方面,对Q345B热轧板带边部纵向裂纹的成因进行了一系列分析。结果表明,该Q345B热轧板带边部纵向裂纹是由于板坯存在皮下气泡或针孔经过后续轧制并逐步外露而形成的。
Respectively from the inclusion in vicinity of the crack, distribution of the crack and its different patterns and the microstructure and so on, a series of analysis about the causes of hot-rolled strips Q345B longitudinal cracks were carried out by using the microstructures analysis method. The results show that the longitudinal crack on the edge of Q345B hot-rolled strips is due to bubbles or pinholes under the surface of the slab after subsequent rolling gradually exposed formation.
