摘要
近年来我国的劳动力成本在逐年的增长,用工问题已经成为加工企业的一大问题,为了促进加工企业的发展,减轻人力和物力的成本,同时提高生产效率,总体上降低加工企业的生产成本,在包装码垛机器人的基础上,进一步开发和设计一种基于PLC的全自动包装码垛机器人控制系统,实现实时对包装码垛机器人的控制与监督,对包装码垛机器人的工作流程以及工作性质进行针对性的软件编程和设计,以增加包装码垛的实用性以及控制系统的稳定性,与此同时还要保证其控制系统有一定的扩展空间,以便根据包装码垛机器人在日常工作的实际需要进行有效的改进,切合实际工作内容的设计对于增加生产效率和降低生产成本都是极为关键的存在。
In recent years,the labor cost of our country is increasing year by year,and the labor problem has become a big problem of processing enterprises.In order to promote the development of processing enterprises,reduce the cost of human and material resources,improve the production efficiency,and reduce the production cost of processing enterprises as a whole,on the basis of the packaging and stacking robot,further develop and design a kind of full-automatic based on PLC.The control system of the packaging and palletizing robot realizes the real-time control and supervision of the packaging and palletizing robot,and carries out the targeted software programming and design of the working process and nature of the packaging and palletizing robot,so as to increase the practicability of the packaging and palletizing robot and the stability of the control system.At the same time,it also ensures that the control system has a certain expansion space,so as to realize the real-time control and supervision of the packaging and palletizing robot according to the packaging and palletizing robot.The robot needs to be improved effectively in daily work.The design of practical work content is very important for increasing production efficiency and reducing production cost.
