摘要
以高职院校工业机器人技术应用赛项为背景,结合自动化立体仓库实训平台,设计以PLC西门子S7-1200为核心,结合变频器与三相异步电机配合拖动,控制码垛机行进与动作,通过触摸屏显示仓位信息与控制自动取货,配合自动化生产线的AGV小车,完成码垛机电气控制系统中相关硬件配置与软件设计,从而实现货物自动出入库控制。
Taking the industrial robot technology application competition of higher vocational colleges as the background,combined with the actual training platform of automatic stereoscopic warehouse,this design takes PLC Siemens S7-1200 as the core,combines the frequency converter with the three-phase asynchronous motor to cooperate to drag,controls the movement and action of the stacker,displays the warehouse position information and controls the automatic pickup goods through the touch screen,and cooperates with the AGV trolley of the automatic production line,completes the relevant hardware configuration and software design of the electrical control system of the stacker,so as to realize the automatic control of goods in and out of the warehouse.
