摘要
文章研究了对带式输送机功率造成影响的因素,并按照带式输送机运量具有的相关特点,设计了相对应的带式输送机控制系统,基于MATLAB进行了仿真,进一步完成了系统的带速控制,并依靠LabWindows/CVI编制带式输送机监控软件,进一步提高了带式输送机的节能作用。
This article deeply studies the factors that may affect the power of the belt conveyor,and according to the relevant characteristics of the belt conveyor volume,designs the corresponding belt conveyor control system.It is simulated based on MATLAB.In order to control the belt speed of this system,this paper relies on LabWindows/CVI to compile belt conveyor monitoring software,the energy-saving effect of the belt conveyor is further improved.
