摘要
目的研究危重症临床教学中实施CBL联合MDT教学模式的临床价值。方法2017年4月—2018年5月纳入本院危重症科接收的68名规培生作为研究对象,以随机抽签法为准,分为实验组(n=34,实施CBL联合MDT教学模式)和对照组(n=34,实施常规带教),对68例危重症科规培生学习成绩、满意度进行评估。结果学习成绩:实验组学习成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。满意度:实验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论危重症临床教学中实施CBL联合MDT教学模式的临床价值显著,既可提高规培生理论成绩,又可提高其临床操作及病例分析能力,值得带教借鉴。
Objective To study the clinical value of CBL combined with MDT in clinical teaching of critical illness.Methods From April 2017 to May 2018,serious patients(n=68)was received as the research objects,based on random draw method,divided into experimental group(n=34,joint MDT CBL teaching mode)and the control group(n=34,the implementation of conventional teaching),68 cases of critically ill family accepted academic performance and satisfaction evaluation.Results Academic performance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction:the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with MDT teaching mode has significant clinical value in clinical teaching of critical illness,which can not only improve the achievements of planning and training theory,but also improve its ability of clinical operation and case analysis,which is worthy of teaching and reference.
