摘要
正义是社会制度的首要价值,分配正义作为正义的重要内容,是精准扶贫作为一种社会治理措施所必须符合的价值准则。分配正义是人的正义,人的同一性与差异性决定了分配正义的同一性原则和差异性原则,二者的缺位造成了精准扶贫的实践困境。精准扶贫虽然讲求差别对待,但却内含平等的价值追求。同一性正义原则是其根本的分配正义原则,但在精准扶贫中同样应该兼顾差异性正义原则,分配正义在精准扶贫中的彰显必须实现同一性正义原则和差异性正义原则的统一与协同。
Justice is the primary value of social system.Distributive justice,known as an important part of justice,is the value criterion that targeted poverty alleviation must conform to as a social governance measure.Distribution justice is the justice of human beings.In other words,the identity and difference of human beings determine that of distribution justice while the absence of the two principles leads to the practical dilemma of targeted poverty alleviation.Targeted poverty alleviation,with emphasis on differential treatment,embodies a pursuit of equality.Identity,the fundamental principle,should be well observed on the one hand,while difference should also be taken into account on the other hand.Distribution justice in targeted poverty alleviation should be practiced in line with a unity and coordination of the principle of both equality and difference.
