摘要
以Kadushi的功能模式分析目前医务社工实习督导实践中广泛采用的联合督导模式存在的行政性督导缺乏系统性、教育性督导缺乏操作性、表达—支持—领导性督导缺乏深度性等问题。提出联合督导的双方应建立沟通机制,明确行政性督导流程,细化教育性督导内容,提升联合督导的体察能力,提高医务社会工作专业教育质量。
Based on Kadushi's functional approach,the paper describes and analyzes the practice of joint supervision,which is used widely in medical social work.Three problems have been found during the joint supervision process:lack of systematicness in administrative supervision,lack of operability in educational supervision and lack of depth in supportive supervision.The paper proposes that both sides of the joint supervisors should build up an internal communication channel to clarify the process of administrative supervision,specify the contents of educational supervision,and improve the level of joint supervision to enhance educational quality for medical social worker.
