在病区设置兼职医务社会工作者,可起到帮助患者及家属解决实际困难、适应医院环境;疏导患者及家属情绪;调解医患矛盾;对慢性病患者进行健康教育及出院指导;征求患者意见等作用。医院医务社会工作的开展有效减少了医疗纠纷。应充分认识医务社会工作的重要性,并进一步拓宽其工作领域。
The part-time medical social worker resolved difficulties of patients and relations,that include letting patients and relations adapt surrounding of hospital,dredging emotion of patients and relations,intermediate patients and doctor conflict.They taking healthy education guiding out-patiention,and seeking patients＇advice.The medical social worker, improved conflict of patients and medicine,afford assistance in time.The medical social work is very important,the area of their work should be widen.
