摘要
中国地下管线权属复杂、分头管理情况严重,导致地下管线工程施工前,各相关单位难以有效的沟通对接,加剧了各类管线事故的发生,给城市埋下了巨大的安全隐患。文章分析了中国地下管线的管理现状和发达国家的成熟经验,详细介绍了淄博市“一呼通”模式在地下管线建设工程中的创新做法和应用成效。
China's underground pipelines are complex.It was difficult for all units to communicate before the commencement of the underground pipeline project,resulting in various pipeline accidents,which laid a huge safety hazard to the city.The article analyzes the management status of underground pipelines in China,analyzes the mature experience of developed country,and introduces in detail the innovation and application of Zibo“One-call Notification System”in underground pipeline construction projects.
