摘要
汽轮机主汽调门是发电机组的重要设备,其工作的稳定性及可靠性与机组安全运行密切相关。本文对华能金陵燃机电厂9E联合循环机组#4汽轮机主汽调门异常关闭事件的回顾,通过对调门控制回路的各个环节进行梳理分析,比对排查,判断出故障原因,提出防范和改进措施,为类似机组设备的运行维护提供参考。
GV of steam turbine is the essential equipment of generator set,the stability and reliability are related closely with the safety of unit.This thesis reviewed the event of GV abnormal closing of unit in Huaneng Jinling combined cycle power plant,analyzed some links of the GV control loop,estimated the failure cause,propose the precautionary measure,which can provide a reference for similar equipment.
