汽轮机数字电液控制系统伺服阀异常动作原因分析 被引量:11

CAUSE ANALYSIS OF SERVO VALVE'S ABNORMAL ACTION IN DEH CONTROL SYSTEM OF STEAM TURBINE

摘要 河南省某电厂1台300MW机组由于汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)伺服阀多次异常动作引起调节阀异常关闭和自动开启,导致机组负荷出现大幅度波动,严重影响汽轮机组的安全经济运行。经详细排查认为,抗燃油因污染和劣化产生的油泥是伺服阀异常动作的原因。利用停机检修机会,对油系统进行了全面清理及冲洗,并对抗燃油进行过滤,使抗燃油的颗粒度、酸值、电阻率等指标合格,最终使伺服阀异常动作引起的机组负荷摆动频次大大降低直至消失。 Many times of servo valve's abnormal action have occurred in DEH control system of a 300 MW steam turbine in one power plant of Henan Province,made the regulating valve to be abnormally closed and to be automatically opened,resulting in large load fluctuation of the unit,seriously affecting safe and economic operation of the steam turbine.For this,through analysis in many aspects,it is believed that the oil-sludge resulted from contamination and deterioration of fire-resistant oil is the main cause leading to abnormal action of the servo valve.Using the opportunity of repair after shutdown,a fully cleaning and flushing of the oil system has been carried out,and the fire-resistant oil being filtered,making the indices of fire-resistant oil,such as the particle size,the acidic value,and the resistivity etc.,to be up the set standard,finally,making the frequency of load fluctuation for said unit being greatly reduced,up till being fully eliminated.
