300MW机组伺服阀故障引起机炉协调控制异常的处理及建议 被引量:1

摘要 针对某电厂300MW机组一次检修后锅炉燃料流量异常波动的现象,进行了故障原因可能性的分析、故障点的现场检查和消除,明确故障因电液控制(EH)油劣化造成调节阀GV1~GV4动作迟缓或失控引起。对此,提出了保证和提高EH油品质的多项措施。 To deal with the problem that the boiler fuel flow was fluctuating after normal unit inspection in a power plant,possible cause was analyzed and onsite checking and trouble elimination were conducted. It was clearly defined that the flow fluctuation was caused by slow down movement or control failure of GV1 ,GV2,GV3,GV4 due to EH oil aging. A number of countermeasures are proposed to ensure and improve the oil quality of EH.
