摘要 火电机组高调门流量特性与实际特性相一致是机组具有较高负荷控制精度的基础。针对某330MW机组自动发电控制(AGC)、一次调频调节精度不高,部分负荷调节范围内调门抖动的问题,研究了一种高调门流量特性优化方法,该方法在机组实际流量特性管理策略的基础上,以实际流量响应流量指令线性化为目标,对数字电液控制系统(DEH)调门管理函数进行优化。优化应用结果表明,该方法有效、可行,在一定程度上能提高机组AGC、一次调频精度,并能解决部分负荷下调门抖动的问题。 The consistency of high pressure regulating valve flow characteristic and its actual characteristic for the coal-fired units is the basis of higher load control precision for the units.Aiming at the problems such as the low regulating accuracy of automatic generation control(AGC)and primary frequency modulation,and dithering in part load adjustment range in a 330 MW unit,an optimization method for high pressure regulating valve flow characteristic is studied.Based on the management strategy of unit actual flow characteristics,with the aim of the linearity of the actual flow response flow instruction,the valve regulating management function of digital electro hydraulic control system(DEH)is optimized.The optimization results show that this method is effective and feasible,can improve the precision of AGC and primary frequency modulation,and can solve the problem of valve jitter of partial load.
